Feeling weak

I just went for a walk to the shops, which is about ten minutes each way, and when I got back I felt really weak and a little shaky.  You’d think I’d walked ten miles not ten minutes.  I have no idea what it is or why it affects me some times and not others.  I only went for a paper and some Jelly Babies for June.

  1. Hey, Steve:

I like the new blog. It’s good to segregate your public self–and your Mitchell alter ego–from your private self.

I’m sorry you’ve been feeling so shaky. That’s unsettling.

I’ve battled mood issues my whole life, so I understand these ruminations. In fact, your tag line–“I find myself in my fifties with no idea how I got here” is very germaine.

    Keep up your spirits, man.

    Rob

  2. Thanks Rob.

The whole doctor thing is the most unsettling. If they can’t find anything in their tests, does it mean it’s in my head?

Although I wouldn’t wish mood swings on anyone else, it helps a little to know that I’m not the only one with these problems. Sometimes, working from home can feel a little isolating and connecting with others is so important to our mental health.
